The team here led by Kanox are truly exceptional. Bakul and Made took my wife and daughter diving with my daughter Aurora doing discover diving and completing two dives at 10 years old. Great atmosphere, super friendly team, and dives tailored to your wishes. I did four dives, amazing macro spots the first day, and on the second, a real challenge at Gili Biaha. The cave with sharks was intense: strong currents, pressure changes, crazy heart rate - pure adrenaline! It was tough but unforgettable.

I did my Tech course with Rico, and honestly, I couldn’t have asked for a better instructor. He’s fun and laid-back at first, but when it comes to diving, he’s serious. You can see it in the way he teaches. Rico doesn’t sugarcoat anything. He’ll tell you straight up if you're doing well or if you need to step it up. But if you're willing to put in the work, he’ll help you become a better diver.

Amazing dive center located in a gorgeous area easily reachable from Ubud with a very relaxed yet professional vibe, lovely instructor who knows the area like the back of his hand and is very good at spotting underwater life. Super close to the dive sites so you spend very little time to get there. More time to dive! After the dives you have a nice area to shower (towel provided) and change and you get an actual delicious meal and fresh drink from the dive center's café! Possible to rent a good underwater go pro and the instructor takes awesome videos and photos of you and the sea creatures you encounter. They send them to you before you leave. 100% recommended, best diving experience so far, thank you Kanax!

My dives where always amazing. I had an amazing instructor Bekol, who looked out for me, made me feel safe and explained everything super well. We had a lot of fun diving and in general I can recommend the whole Geko Dive team. Even on a personal level after the diving they helped when needed, were flexible and understanding and I really look forward to come back and dive with them again.

Geko was an amazing experience to dive with on our trip in Bali.

The communication and willingness to make our program happen even in low season was amazing. Our guide Kanox was amazing and patient and we were lucky to have him just for us ! The boat was amazing and fast, there was even free nitrox !

Then after the diving we are welcomed back at the center with a very tasty meal included in the price !

Geko Dive is where you want to go!

I’ve just finished my Open Water Diving course with Geko Dive in Padang Bai, and I absolutely recommend them. I was nervous about doing the course, but they were professional and exceptionally skilled at their job. Our instructor, Bukul, was outstanding - he had the perfect combination of encouragement, calmness, and expertise that you want in an instructor. He's a great guy, and the whole team at Geko is wonderful.

The center was easy to work with, had top-notch boats and equipment, and made the entire experience fantastic. I’ll definitely be going back to do my Advanced Open Water course soon. I spent a week diving with the team at Geko Dive Bali beginning with the completion of my Advanced Open Water Certification. The training and open water dives were conducted in a professional and personal manner allowing me to complete my certification with comfort and confidence.

The rest of the week included diving at local sites where we saw plenty of sharks, manta rays, sea turtles, and a lot of Macro. The Geko Dive Bali team were friendly, well-equipped, organized, and made each dive safe and straightforward. I couldn't recommend this dive shop highly enough. Thank you specifically to Made who dived with me on most of my dives and to the whole Geko Dive team!

My friends and I had the best experience with Geko Dive! Our dive master was so great. He briefed us before each dive and made us newbies feel so comfortable and confident in the water. He even took pictures and videos for us. The boat crew was fantastic and so helpful. And being able to shower and enjoy a delicious, fresh-cooked lunch afterwards really rounded out the awesome day. We had an amazing experience with Geko Dive Center. Since we had no prior diving experience and were looking for a safe and reliable place, we found this center through ChatGPT. Their Google reviews were also very positive, and when we visited in person, everything matched what we had read.

Our diving instructor, Made, was extremely professional and responsible. He explained everything step by step and chose the best dive sites for us, each with incredible marine biodiversity. Even more special, during two dives in one day, we were lucky enough to see large sea turtles twice, which truly made this trip unforgettable for us.

We also enjoyed a delicious Indonesian meal afterward, which was especially satisfying after the dives. I highly recommend this dive center.

I spent 11 days here and did a total of 24 dives, including the Self Reliant, Sidemount and Tech courses. The whole experience was amazing from start to finish. The crew on the boat was awesome, super easy to deal with and always ready to help. The atmosphere at the dive center was relaxed but still very well organized. The food is also really good, Their mie goreng was honestly the best I had during my entire stay in Bali.

A special thanks to my instructor Rico he was outstanding. Really clear and patient when explaining everything, and also great fun to dive with. He’s got an incredible eye for macro life and showed me so many fascinating little creatures I would’ve totally missed.

I can’t recommend this place enough. Whether you’re doing courses or just fun dives, you’ll have a great time. I’m already looking forward to coming back!

Brought my family for diving with Geko Dive a few days ago. Really thankful for the team and boat crew for making this trip possible as they accommodated to four DSDs. Special thanks to Bakul and another divemaster who brought us down underwater at Padang Bai and Blue Lagoon area. They were really patient in teaching and explaining everything for beginner divers. My family had fun and fully enjoyed the experience!

I had an outstanding experience with the PADI Discover Scuba Diving program on the afternoon of July 31st. I am grateful for my experience with two delightful instructors, Made, Divemaster and Head Instructor, and Jojo, Assistant Instructor, where I was the only student at the time.

I greatly valued their expertise, time, and diligence in ensuring my safety and providing an enjoyable experience. I will definitely dive with them again if I come to Bali in the future.

Geko dive is great. All the staff are friendly and very competent in the water. They took us to best spots and saw a wide variety of life from Manta Rays to Turtles and sharks. We dived ship wrecks and reefs. Loved diving with them and would go back in a flash.

Can’t wait to dive with them again. I would not dive with anyone else in Bali.

Great experience!! I completed my rescue diver certification with Rico, a great instructor who was very pleasant and very educational. He was always attentive to my questions, and the training was enjoyable and full of smiles. The dives are very rich in coral and fish, and the staff is super friendly, too.
